Part-Time CFO

Diligo is currently seeking experienced Part-Time CFOs to provide strategic financial leadership to companies across Spain. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on delivering high-level financial expertise on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with executive teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.
Provide expert guidance on financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Advise on capital allocation decisions, investment opportunities, and financial risk management strategies.
Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to company leadership, offering insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a track record of success in senior leadership positions.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a part-time capacity.

Preferred Qualifications (not required but considered advantageous):

Experience working as a part-time CFO or in a consulting capacity, providing strategic financial guidance to multiple clients.
Familiarity with Spanish regulatory requirements and industry best practices in finance and accounting.
