Interim CFO
Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive teams to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Provide strategic guidance on capital allocation, investment decisions, and financial risk management.
- Lead financial reporting and compliance efforts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a track record of success in senior leadership positions.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to drive business results and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
Preferred Qualifications (not required but considered advantageous):
- Experience working as an interim CFO or in a consulting capacity, providing financial leadership to companies undergoing transitions or transformations.
- Familiarity with Spanish regulatory requirements and industry best practices in finance and accounting.
